Michelle is Australia’s most influential personal trainer, having appeared on nine series of Channel Ten’s ‘The Biggest Loser’. She is the author of fifteen books, including Make it Happen, Powerful Living, Crunch Time & more and, in 2013, was the second most searched individual on Google.
Michelle is the Founder of the online health and weight loss program 12WBT, which was one of the first of its kind and over 6 years has lost over 1.6M kilos from its Members. She is one of the co-hosts of 2UE’s radio show ‘House of Wellness’ and a proud ambassador for Medibank. In 2012 she launched her own clothing & workout equipment range and, in 2015, a healthy frozen and chilled meal range, ‘Delicious Nutritious’.
Now a proud mother to son Axel born in December 2015 with partner Steve ‘Commando’ Wills, Michelle shares her proprietary strategies developed over 20 years’ industry experience.
